After no fewer than 39 years, Wim Zweekhorst, better known as Bill Baker, is bidding farewell to the stage. His well-deserved retirement marks the end of an era. But the music won’t stop! “The show must go on,” and we’re continuing under a new name:Jump & Jive Big Band.
The band consists of a great mix of experienced musicians from the original lineup and some new faces. Together, we’re carrying on the musical tradition with the same passion and the same swinging repertoire, but with a contemporary twist. Of course, we’ll also continue to play the beloved Glenn Miller repertoire from “In the Mood” to “Moonlight Serenade” and with two fantastic vocalists on stage, every performance gets an extra touch of flair and vocal power.
