Traveling by car

Due to the redevelopment of Hofplein (through the end of 2027), the road is partially closed. The usual route via Schiekade directly to Hofplein is not possible due to the closure of the intersection. Therefore, please follow this temporary route:

From the A20, take Exit 14 (Centrum). Drive along Schieweg and turn right at the intersection with Bergweg/Benthemstraat to follow the detour toward Karel Doormanstraat. From Karel Doormanstraat, turn left onto Kruiskade. Kruiskade has been temporarily converted to two-way traffic. The Oude Luxor is located on the right-hand side.

From the A16, follow the signs for Centrum (Maasboulevard). Drive down Maasboulevard and turn right onto Coolsingel at the Erasmus Bridge. Turn left at Westblaak and follow the detour toward Karel Doormanstraat. From Karel Doormanstraat, turn right onto Kruiskade. Kruiskade has been temporarily converted to two-way traffic. The Oude Luxor is located on the right.

On the A29, follow signs for Rotterdam. Then follow signs for Centrum and Ikazia. Next, drive straight across the Erasmus Bridge. Turn left at Westblaak and follow the detour toward Karel Doormanstraat. From Karel Doormanstraat, turn right onto Kruiskade. Kruiskade is temporarily open to two-way traffic. The Oude Luxor is located on the right.
